01 Statement of Intent
LineTech Services Ltd is a specialist overhead powerline contractor operating in an industry where the safety of our people is paramount. The health, safety and welfare of our employees, subcontractors, clients and the public is our highest priority and will never be compromised in the pursuit of production or profit.

03 Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for health and safety rests with the Managing Directors. Day-to-day responsibility for ensuring this policy is implemented rests with supervisors and chargehands on site. Every employee has a duty to take reasonable care of their own safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions, and to co-operate with the company on health and safety matters.
04 Risk Management & Competence
No task is undertaken without a suitable and sufficient risk assessment. Our digital field operations platform records RAMS, SMART Start point-of-work assessments, harness and vehicle inspections, and daily completions, giving real-time assurance that controls are in place before work begins. Operative competence, authorisations and training records are maintained and monitored centrally.
05 Monitoring & Review
Performance is monitored through site inspections, audits, accident and near-miss reporting, and management review. This policy is reviewed at least annually, and following any significant change in legislation, operations or organisation, to ensure it remains effective and relevant. LineTech works towards and maintains recognised safety accreditations including SafeContractor and SSIP.
06 Authorisation
This policy is issued and endorsed by the Board of LineTech Services Ltd.
