01 Statement of Intent

LineTech Services Ltd is committed to delivering overhead line construction and maintenance to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance — right first time, every time. We aim to meet or exceed the requirements and specifications of our clients, including Aureos, SP Energy Networks and SSEN, and the technical standards of the networks on which we work.

• Understand and meet client requirements, specifications and contractual obligations in full
• Deploy directly-employed, competent and DNO-authorised crews for consistent workmanship
• Plan and control work through documented procedures, inspection and test plans, and quality checks
• Capture accurate quality data returns from the field, giving clients clear evidence of compliant delivery
• Manage plant, materials and equipment to ensure they are fit for purpose and correctly maintained
• Identify and resolve non-conformances promptly, and prevent recurrence through root-cause analysis
• Pursue continual improvement in our processes, people and performance

03 Right-First-Time Delivery

Our digital field operations platform underpins quality by standardising how work is planned, recorded and evidenced — from risk assessment and point-of-work checks through to daily completion records and GPS-tagged photographic evidence. This provides an auditable trail of compliant, quality-assured delivery for every job.

04 Responsibilities & Review

The Managing Directors hold overall responsibility for quality management and provide the resources needed to deliver this policy. Supervisors are responsible for quality on site, and all employees are responsible for the quality of their own work. Quality objectives and performance are reviewed through audit and management review, and this policy is reviewed at least annually. LineTech works towards recognised quality management standards including ISO 9001.
